[404UserNotFound]

So this seems to be entirely broken. #2 is why it's broken. #1 is just an annoyance.

1. When you first join a server running this, you get a center chat message over top of the server's MOTD telling you that your shield is ready.
2. The shield does not spawn at all. There are no errors in the logs though, that's the weird part. And you have to wait for the shield to recharge again even though the shield never actually appeared.

Fix those two things and I'll be happy.
