1. Do it without reapi, there's no need for it here.
2. If I understood correctly only the 3 sounds hardcoded inside the plugin can be played? If so, this is no acceptable. Add a configuration file so everyone can add their own sounds. You could play them randomly or allow them to choose which sound each jukebox should play.
