First of all, you could remove this plugin and use movement unblocker plugin instead. I prefer knockback for each zombie class around 3.0 - 3.6, and for the weapon knockback I don't really go up above than 1.9. but in the end the best setting is the one you set it yourself and feel satisfied with it.
