It is much simpler to simply ask for a drop before the round starts via chat or voice. And: even if i have money for a drop, if i don't want to drop no one can force me to do.

Have u ever tried the plugin or saw its source .. or just speaking anything that comes in your mind ?
- Player itself is a entity and even 10 players are spawned in a line , if you pointed at first it will get his money, Now if you want money of 2nd .. you can point your aim to any part of his body which is visible and it will work
And other thing is its for Competitive and there are not too much players in compi ..So you dont have to care about spawing no more then
