Make sure you have smac_eyetest_compat "1" in your smac.cfg, this looks like it could be a false positive caused by using smac_eyetest_compat "0". I recommend deleting your smac.cfg and letting the plugin recreate it so you can be sure you start off with the correct defaults for 0.8.6.0.

Speedhack detections can be caused by lag, but the main point of the speedhack module is that it actually prevents speedhacks from working. Speedhack detections however aren't a reliable way to say if someones cheating or not and that's why there is no option to kick/ban for those detections.
