I can't really help you for that : this is a sourcemod error. The best I can advise you, is to re-install your sourcemod version or upgrade to 1.7.

TF2II_GetItemSlot returns a wrong slot on skin shotgun (weapon_shotgun_multiclass), thus causes an UpdateWeapon loop.
This should be fixed in TF2II plugin.
