RankME is basically based off GameME, it's free but requires you to do a complicated (if you do not know what you're doing) setup and you're responsible for practically anything and everything that goes wrong.
GameME is a paid subscription which is 100% handled by them, people say you cannot customise it but if you know CSS then you easily can. They handle all the data, updates, bug fixes etc and give good support on the problems you face. It's a tad costly but I'd say it's 100% worth the money if you want hassle free and a feature rich solution.
I'd personally like to go to RankME now purely because of the fact I like to DIY and build my own branch off RankME but i'm too engrossed into GameME now it'd be a stupid idea. I'd personally recommend GameME and mine has handled 700,000 players date with ease.
