I definitely can't get this to work, and it would be really nice if I could.

I've uploaded the admin_glow.amxx in the /plugins/ folder
I've added the line to my plugins.ini file
Fun module is installed
Neither admins nor players can use "glow <colour>" or "/glow <colour" to make themselves glow.

CS 1.6, running AMX 1.80. IP: 216.6.229.105:27015. Help!
