antileet: You could try shutting off stats exporting to forum. Compile with CS_STATS_EXPORT_TO_FORUM commented out. Read the sma under usage for info about config cvars. Set fm_kicknonregged to 0 to allow anyone to enter.

internet22: Sorry this uses Steamid to identify people. A steamid is like someone's ID card. Using IP wouldn't be good because ppl have dynamic ips.
