I just took a moment to make a spawn.cfg or fy_houses.
BUT I could't test them yet. I will when

From my experience fy_houses is the best map for 2on2 / 3on3 with friends. Meet at a teamspeak server and don't forget to watch your back!

-in the small blue house
-chimney
-(underground did not seem to work)
-upper floor above the stairs
-upper floor in a corner facing the round window
-on the back of the roof
-besides the house on the wooden wall (left and right)
-(in the wooden corner outside didn't work for me either)
