Okay so i've done some reworking of the plugin, 1.3 should be better as I reduced the checks on the transmit function and remove the requirement for CPS.
Please try this branch and see if CPU improves.

I also added a new convar to change which team the player can see.
sm_advanced_esp_team 0 - Will display all players
sm_advanced_esp_team 1 - Will display only enemies
sm_advanced_esp_team 2 - Will display only teammates.
*The team convar will not change performances.
