force_install_dir maybe not necessary if you try install in same folder where SteamCMD.
- Maybe I remember wrong, when try install in same folder where SteamCMD, it fails :S
So it better get out from SteamCMD folder and install in own folder:
force_install_dir "../Counter-Strike Global Offensive"
But try how you like.
