I know i can disable the music audio client side for myself, but when people join my server and hear non stop jockey they are getting annoyed and leave.

Well, I would glad if somebody donate a code for reliable stop the music.
Above scenario willn't work. Already tested. New music will just overlap the old.
When I'll have more time for experiments, I'll try to dig it more, maybe integrate Silver's hook for music usermessage ids interception, because they appears to be a dynamic.
Our previous test was success, but the values seems have a habit to change depending on map.
