Okay, so I was having an issue that people were opening alt accounts even if they got banned from the server they would eventually get auto-banned later but the thing I'm asking is that is it possible to literally mute players automatically if they never played on the server before? after they played for a little while their mute would open itself like in 1 or 2 hours. If that is possible can we change its response time including MySQL support? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I'm not really good at English so hope you guys understand very well.
