.cfg files CAN NOT cause an eye angle detection. Those are caused by no recoil, no spread and anti-aim hacks and can only be achieved through 1. a server side plugin that alters players eye angles 2. a bug in the game itself (highly unlikely) or 3. cheats that deliberately alter the eye angles by memory editing. If it was 1. or 2. everyone on the server would most likely have been banned so it's extremely unlikely you didn't cheat. Go cry somewhere else and enjoy your reward for cheating.
