I don't use zBlock on my public servers, because I think SMAC and SM plugins are doing things better. It looks like zBlock is checking abusive commands on clientside, and there is no cvar to disable this function (according to
zBlock Readme). In my opinion you should ask at their forums or switch to SMAC...
PS: Sorry about that "cheating" thing, firstly it seemed so.
