That's a different thing.
The blog post describes 3 modes of operation:
- Default - all 3rd party interaction with the game client is blocked.
- Launch with "-untrusted" - Interaction with the game client from unsigned libraries is blocked, reduced trust score.
- Launch with "-insecure" - No restrictions on interaction with the game client, unable to join secure servers.
