Could not locate output file compiled\PugWarmup.amx (compile failed)

I am using amxmodx-1.8.3-dev-git5154-base-windows to compile it

Also I don't understand what you mean by this: "Copy cstrike, csx, fakemeta, hamsandwich, mysql and sockets to modules folder". Those modules are already there?
