eItems should automatically load REST in Pawn on startup, you can check if it's loaded without errors by running this command via RCON after a restart:
If for some reason it doesn't load, try creating an empty file called "rip.autoload" in the extensions folder.
If that still doesn't work, ask your host if they have an issue with this extension.
