Where the logadress_add is should not matter. And if you say that everything else is working like chat and tracking of kills, the log_adress is set fine.

I would say that you should doublecheck your RCON password also, and verify that RCON works for your server by entering:

rcon_adress %serverip%
rcon_password %server rcon pass%
and then trying to execute a rcon command
rcon status

After that, check that server IP and port is good in hlstats settings.
