A fair attempt. This will not fuss with teams until all Players have loaded, at which point L4D2 itself will hopefully not try to swap anymore. Then the unscrambler runs.

I tried that ... the situation was a worse than with the older version for me ... With the previous the score bugged but only if i use restartround or swapscores , and unscrambler didn't work.
Now with this one the unscrambler still doesen't work and the score is always bugged ... (on map change it always says "Teams are tied 0-0")
And yes i have downloaded and put the two upper links you have given for sourcemod and downtownwin-something.
Ok i hope that helps.
I'll be patiently waiting for a new version or a fix.
