Alright, I have been searching for a few hours, so I think it is time to throw in a newbie question.

1. Dowloaded the Plugin and threw it in the right spot.
2. Ditto for here.
3/4. Here comes the n00b in me. "Using RCON?" I went to the server.cfg folder and the sourcemod.cfg folder and added both of those lines exactly like below.

sm_plugins_reload_adminmenu
I am obviously doing something wrong because the glow text doesn't appear on the sprays, and the adminmenu option doesn't show up. I am using the latest version of Sourcemod on a TF2 dedicated server.
