Ok, updated.
Added 2 new cvars to brr_kill and brr_nokill:
brr_spawn_time - set this to X, to allow players to spawn only for X seconds every round (0 = disabled)
brr_enabled - set this cvar to 0 to disable only B.R.R. (late spawn block will still work)
