You can add
http://www.clanplanet.co.uk/ to the white list, got the cheapest package is at £3 with free subdomain. They were happy to allow my game severs IP's through their firewall. They even offered they will set up everything for me if order hosting for 12 months, but i manage to set it up by myself.
Mind to ask them if they will be happy to allow yout IP's prior ordering though.
