there is a plugin called spawn_kevlarhelmet.smx
it allows you to turn off or on helmet.
sm_spawn_kevlarhelmet_enable "1"
sm_give_helmet_t "0"
sm_give_helmet_ct "0"
dont know if this overrides settung from arena plugin.
but worth a try maybe?
or do you want to take away all kevlar?
