I'm using CC_SendMatched:

PHP Code:
CC_SendMatched(id, CC_COLOR_RED, "&x00%L", LANG_PLAYER, "SERVER_DAMAGE_SHOW") 
And it prints with the prefix and the &x00 in the chat.
