Read the rules. You're not allowed to upload compiled plugins. Remove the .amxx files from your posts. The plugin can't be compiled here because it uses custom libraries - don't worry about that, most plugins are the same. Also, the plugin is extremely hardcoded and it'll most likely get unapproved.
