It doesnt matter you are new or old but
FORMATTING do matters
Go to Advanced while making a Thread and then Attach files ( Source )
And describe about you plugin in a proper format .. Check any other plugin in APPROVED, NEW PLUGIN SUBMi.. you will see how others use proper formatting and has uploaded correct files !
