Because that IP address is your LAN IP, I am guessing that for your log address in the server.cfg you used your external IP address. There for the daemon does not know that is the same server and is blocking it. Try to use the external IP in the admin page on the website and in your configs, or the LAN in all of them, just make it one way or the other.
