A few issues I found during some testing..

1.) Vips connected to a server are still able to use Vip commands once they've been removed from the Menu aka Database. A solution I found was to either use sm_reloadadmins or force a reconnect, which is tedious.

2). I cannot add a Vip from the menu list, who is currently connected to the server, AFTER I removed him from the database. The only option I can choose from is "Test Vip" for some reason. This may get annoying when I make a mistake, and have to force him to reconnect to add him through the built-in menu again.
