Well, I've been on Dota 2 and there's a mod that allows bots to have all the custom skins.
It's good for showing them off in my opinion, plus if bots are good with them, I feel like they should (I'm mainly on about clothes, but I understand you, plus it would take a long time, so let's leave it there).
