Hello,
try to enable "ignore bots" in server settings. HLStatsX -> Admin -> Game Settings -> Counter-Strike -> Edit Servers -> Configure and don't forget to reload/restart HLStatsX daemon.

I don't think so, you can connect something like PODBot with HLStatsX. HLStatsX only read (using daemon) server console via RCON.
