i would like to use stamm vip with this vip manager https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2482254

All i want is stamm to work only with flag and no points at all. i tried to set up a private level but it didnt work. How can i set up stamm to give vip access when the flag is on and remove vip when flag is off?
