Added new boss: Peacock
The boss was finished since late 2016 but scooty wouldn't give me the files so here it is, peacock from skullgirls for FF2.

I'm retired from making bosses so this is my last, Goodbye and stay cool //
(probably will return but for now i'll stay outside the boss making community)
