I doubt it does even render that.
However keep in mind that the game is pretty old, and so is its in-game "browser" (unless it is using an external browser), and there is a lot of unsupported code.
But I really have no clue what MODT does to render the web content.
On the other hand, I think that in my code there is something missing, which is automatically filled on current new browsers, but which was required back then.
(hence the warning you see on some pages "Some features of the website are not supported on your browser")
