I have implemented the requests for an option to enable/disable the plugin with a CVar and the automatic bot handling.

I ran out of time tonight to finish testing - I'll try and sneak some testing at work tomorrow and if all is good, I'll post an update.

Thanks for the ideas all... keep 'em coming... oh, and I found that if someone actually plants the bomb, and it blows up causing the Ts to win, that T doesn't get switched - I'll be working on that too - maybe I'll roll that into this release before I post it.
