I wasn't able to reproduce this. Please, if you still have the problem, fill an Issue in GitHub specifying your Windows version and built number, Windows Defender Version and its Security Intelligence version (Windows Defender -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Protection Updates -> Search for updates -> Security Intelligence version), and some reproducing steps.
