I disagrea, at least at the amx-database this port and yours are different plugins from different authors...

This one is really easy to use and can make download anything. You don't have to know anything about syntax for making download some sounds anytime and some sounds for some maps only. You just have to type the downloadpathes into one textfile and its ready.
