Niiiice, I dig it. Did quite a bit of testing and it seems to be working well.

If there was a way to implement custom gun rounds, just like 1v1 Arenas, then that would make this absolutely perfect!

A couple things:

sm_prefix seems to be ignored and is always [DUELS]
I can't seem to properly join spectate (say, if I were to go afk for a little bit). I have mp_limitteams 0, mp_autoteambalance 0, and mp_spectators_max 16, even tried teamchange unlimited and it didn't solve the issue.
