Updated plugin.

What's new?
  • Changed the ban information arrays to be dynamic.
    - This makes the plugin require AMX Mod X version 1.8.0 or higher!
  • Added ab_immunity 2
    - Immunity admins (flag 'a') can only be banned by other immunity admins (flag 'a').
