I will try and report back, tbh I've had similar errors often when I was setting up the server but was able to fix it all the time, it was most of the time a space or a permission issue.
Edit:
Just tried following exactly what the website said but I am getting permission errors following exactly the instructions for some reason... I'm gonna take a break nothing is working my way right now and I have been at it for hours.
