Great plugin, works perfectly.
I have one suggestion. The M3Motd plugin has a cvar for setting the rules/motd page:

sm_motd_url "http://www.m3studiosinc.com/work/gameserver/motd.php"
This allows us to have our regular motd displayed when a user connects (a welcome message) then if a user says rules or motd, they get directed to a separate page with our rules and other info.
Is this implemented for this plugin?
