Found the problem. It's StripperSource AND l4dtoolz. Loaded each one separately.
The SG can't be picked up either. Guess it's the scoped weapons.
Disabling both of those metamod plugins makes it work perfectly (from what I was able to test by myself. Yet to do it in versus).

I can see how stripper may cause a problem. However, I'm running the latest l4dtoolz snapshot without an issue on my Linux dedicated server. See if the latest version makes a difference for you.
I think Visual77 is running StripperSource without an issue as well, though it could be a combination of the two or a configuration issue. Can you post the configurations and versions for both Stripper and L4dtoolz?
