Well i made also alternative for new server IP.
If you closing your server for using other server, you use this and who try connect to your server gonna be kicked with reason:
"New Server IP!
Type In Console:
connect serverIP"
Have Fun

PS: you need edit cvar with your new server IP and then compile in web compiler or localy.
