You are not allowed to upload AMXX file. Removed the package. Reupload the ZIP without the compiled plugin and attach the plugin source separately.
You are not the author and it seems you can't support it.
The plugin is poorly coded.

Unapproved. And probably trashed soon if you the ZIP is not reuploaded.
