I think this module not working on local HLDS, i use it on my hlds with LAN ip 192.168.1.254:27016 but when my friend from internet join the server (via no-ip.org host) it redirect them and force to connect via localhost:27016.

Suggestion:
Make a cvar to enable/disable fix fastdownload reconnect.

I can use the modified plugin to fix the fastdownload issue on my local HLDS.

***Edit***
Ok now i set the ip on server.cfg, but new bug found. Server not allow me to connect to my own server lol.

For example i set this:
ip "name.no-ip.org"
