nice idea , today (24.14.07) valve fixes the TF2 server so i can start coding again the biggest bug's are fixed like server start's only every second start, or _restart crashes the server (-autoupdate was needed)

i think i will integrate into the next version a cvar to make you abel to define that the message is shown to everyone or to the admins only
