You should have a total of 9 files for each team... 9 ct and 9 t

7 in each of the CT/T folders at models/players/chicken
2 in each of the CT/T folders at materials/models/players/chicken

I updated the ZIP file two days ago with the missing files in the materials/models/players/chicken files... perhaps d/ling it again and putting the materials folder on your server will help?
