You sure it is every 5 rounds (do you mean when team are being scramble?) ? Or just randomly happenning ?

Isn't it already the case ?
If you're talking about EXACTLY when round end, then you would have people shooting their ex-teamates; and I'd prefer to avoid that... otherwise im doing it slightly before round start and I believe it is the best way.
