I think this has been my biggest victim of scope creep ever. It came a long way that's for sure

autorespond with voice statements to players with vox by editing the powerautoresponder.ini file. Check the PDF doc for all the sounds. ex:
<some regex trigger phrase>
i will arrest you;vox;player
